  • We run 4 Bernina Longarm Machines - Helga, Veruca, Dori and Betty

  • There are 3 of us gals that manage the machines at Doodle - Enjoli, Ashley & Jacie

  • We have 7 different types of Batting options for you - Cotton (White & Natural), Puff (Fluffy 100% Poly), QDC Bamboo (a blend of 4 substrates), 6oz 100% Bamboo, 50/50 Cotton/Bamboo and 100% Wool.

  • We’re open for walk in Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm.

  • We are next door to Seams Like Home Quilt Shop (owned by Enjoli’s twin sister, Angelyn).

  • We are always happy to help you pick out a design for your quilting and a thread color that compliments your quilt!

Doodle Quilting Studio offers modern longarm quilting services with a 2-3 week (or less) turn around. We love the challenge of finding the right digital design with the perfect thread color to make the machine quilting come alive on your quilt!

Whether you come by or mail in (flat rate comes to AK too) the mission at Doodle Quilting Studio is to make your beautiful quilts shine!

With a large variety of designs to choose from, you’re sure to find the perfect finish for your quilt. Add-on services such as binding attachment and label creation make the finishing process for your quilt a breeze!

We look forward to working with all levels of quilters!

Founded 2016

Doodle Quilting Studio is located in Anchorage, Alaska! It is next to Seams Like Home Quilt Shop at 2153 E. 88th Ave; same building but left instead of right when you enter the front doors! DQS was created to turn my passion for machine quilting into what I can now tell people is my "job"!  Taking a beautiful quilt and adding the final touch allows me to "quilt all the quilts" without having to make all the quilts. Adding edge-to-edge quilting, along with some amazing staff quilters, DQS can now accommodate all levels of quilting needs!

Just finished up this beautiful Prismatic Star quilt using some computerized custom quilting techniques! This was is much fun to work on! Stay tuned as we’ll be releasing more information on how to use this service with Doodle in the near fut
So what’s the highest number of threads you’ve ever used to quilt a quilt… asking for a friend?! 😜 I’m using all these pretties to add some lines across this quilt - turning it and adding more!!! I can’t wait to work
